Also that's not to say I hate any part of New Vegas or the DLC's quite the contrary, Fallout New Vegas and the DLC's are perhaps my second favorite (more like tied for first) game ever. TLDR; A cluster fuck as to why I prefer Elijah and Dead Money over Ulysses and Lonesome road. Elijah is built up better than Ulysses. Kennian. Sniping_Turtle 12 years ago #5. Well it's 5 levels per DLC, so if you buy 1 DLC, the cap will be 35, 2 will be 40, 3 will be 45. As for loot, OWB definitely has more loot, though I still prefer the loot from Honest Hearts more. But I'd still strongly recommend OWB over HH. Bloodshot_15 12 years ago #6. Which game has stronger DLC? New Vegas has the best DLC hands-down. FO3 has only 2 DLCs worth playing (Broken Steel and Point Lookout) and even then they can be somewhat underwhelming. Broken Steel is an extension of the main FO3 story and the only one that raises the level cap, so it is pretty mandatory, but only because it makes the game longer. Like I said, DEAD MONEY isn't a great DLC, probably the worst of the FALLOUT NEW VEGAS DLC's. The city is just a confusing building maze, horrible overcast, drab, boring, annoying. But you will get very wealthy from it, and afterwards you will have access to vast amounts of [WEAPON REPAIR KITS] and even [STIMPACKS] if you need any. Yep, you can go back to Zion, Big Mt, and the Divide whenever you want. You can go back and get the two best items (Survivalists rifle and. whatever the nice armor is called) after finishing Honest Hearts. I can't think of any stuff in Lonesome Road or OWB that's missable, should all still be there when you go back. Non unique DLC weapons, their weapon mods, and their new ammo will be integrated into the Mojave Wasteland and DLCs through leveled lists/items. All through scripting so there's 0 conflicts for any mods you run. It's highly recommended after loading this esp you wait/sleep in an interior cell for 72+ hours for the leveled items/lists to refresh. vortex usually has dlcs disabled automatically in the plugins section. just go into there and enable the dlc. trog69. OP • 2 yr. ago. Indeed. I kept trying to enable the DLC's from Vortex instead of the actual DLC's in the game itself. I don't know how I enabled OWB through the program, but it was the only one enabled when I went to the files Donate. This mod is a complete rebuild of Gribbleshnibit8's Delay DLC (or Delay DLC TTW ). It prevents the game's DLC from spamming the new game startup messages and requires you be near a given DLC's starting location to receive its quest. Compared to the original Delay DLC, Redux removes the level requirements, reduces the radius for most DLC Vay Tiền Nhanh Chỉ Cần Cmnd.
