Audio stuttering is basically the same cause as video stuttering: interruptions to the feed. The CCCPack installs like any other program and there is nothing else for you to do. It provides possible codecs that some audio might have needed so it doesn't spend time searching for an alternative. Try relocating the computer or where you sit if possible for starters. The thing is the only thing that experiences the audio stuttering is new vegas when launched through NVSE loader. Playing the game by launching it through the normal launcher or any other game, video, or music sounds and it sounds fine.
